If evening walks are not showing how you expect, contact support with your username and screenshots of the challenge.
The normal daily game ends at 9pm.
Competition end times cannot be changed from the standard daily schedule right now.
Rankings can move if final steps sync late from Apple Health or if a player opens Stompers after being offline.
Open Stompers before the challenge ends when possible, and contact support if the final winner still looks clearly wrong.
Some past results may not be visible everywhere in the app yet.
If you need help with a specific previous challenge, send support your username, the friend or group involved, and the date of the challenge.
Friends in different timezones may see different scores while the day is still in progress. Steps and power-ups can appear at different times in each game.
Your game updates automatically as activity becomes eligible. A lower score doesn't necessarily mean steps are missing. Game settings and power-ups can also affect the total.
For step-count issues, go to Me, Settings, then Report incorrect steps. For power-up issues, contact support with both players' usernames and a screenshot.
